Chad was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and responsive - with an added friendly charm. I requested a quick turnaround due to my own schedule and he made it happen, so I could avoid another trip in traffic. I would highly recommend the Cutco knives, this store and their customer service. My entire family owns a set of these knives and my parents still have the set they got 40 years ago as a wedding gift, and they are used on a daily basis.
